Government of India has introduced various plans and schemes to make India a skill capital. Against this backdrop, Inductus is driving unique initiatives to convert its demographic potential into a dividend which will effectively contribute & fuel the country’s growth. At the same time, ageing population found in several developed countries, offers opportunities for migration of skilled persons from India to benefit both the host and destination countries.
Inductus is supporting the Government of India in its ‘Skill India’ Initiative with the help of specially designed customised courses & training curriculum. We Mobilize with the help & support of state governments, Counsel, Skill and Place Rural Youths to create a employable Workforce.
Inductus has partnered with National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) to enhance the skills of millions of youth across the country and empower them with livelihood linked skilling programs. We aim to build an inclusive, enabled and skilled society by skilling youth and providing employment in identified core sectors including Retail, Automobile, Hospitality, Health Care, Telecom and Beauty & Wellness to name a few.
