National Commission for schedule castes is a constitutional body, act as a palladium against the exploitation of Schedule Castes and to protect and promote their social, economic & cultural interests. Inductus is working with NCSC to provide the manpower services. Recently, we are awarded with the work project for the HR-Outsourcing services. Inductus recognizes projects or worksites with excellent safety, health performance, workplace safety and health management systems. This includes large-scale projects that mobilize significant manpower.
Bihar gram Swaraj yojna was registered in 2010 under society’s registration Act, 1860, under the aegis of Panchayati Raj Department, Govt. of Bihar. Inductus has been working for BGSYS from last few years. At present, Inductus received a work order from BGSYS to work on Manpower services. It is one of the significant project awarded by the Government of Bihar.
Kosi Dugdh Utpadak Sangh Ltd. (KDUSS), unit of Bihar state Milk Cooperative federation (COMFED) is an implementing agency of Operational Flood programme of dairy development on ‘Anand’ pattern in Bihar. Inductus has been providing the best HR Outsourcing services to COMFED in last few years. Recently, we have signed a service agreement with COMFED to provide Manpower services in Supoul district to contribute in the growth of Indian economy by providing employment.
